Good information about where real estate and web meet. Links are useful, as they come recommended. Interesting question posed. Here are my 2 cents on it.

1 cent)
Imagination is stronger than will power. As imagination can take over your mind and lead it into many fantasies. And it is very easy to fall under its influence. Sit there, under the dark clouds, on top of high clouds, or drift with the fluffy clouds.

2 cent)
Will power is weak. When ever the mind makes some effort to take control of a tough task, the imagination comes in and easily wins. Imagination takes the person along easier paths while imagining that he is on the tough track.
