Ideation is an amazing, powerful tool! And when IBM put out their “Stop Talking. Start Doing” campaign it really struck a cord that I think has been in on every KCast Episode thus far. Vik provides commentary.

Great snippit on “Ideation”. Curious…you seem to be quite connected in the world of construction, how can you talk about Ideation without any reference to a company who is one of the leaders in Ideation and Ideation Sessions, if not THE leader…that being Johnson Controls?
@MichelleD Thanks for the feedback. So…I am a bit connected in the world of construction and in FACT…worked at Johnson Controls. Didn’t want to put it in the episode itself because I’m trying to come across as impartial. I love some of the things Johnson Controls is doing…LOVE IT!
And just so you can one day say that Vik Duggal said you were right - I think they are the LEADER in it.
Have you had any experience with them? Would love to hear what you know about the subject.
